  • The Gummy Bears are added during ferment while Watermelon Juice and Lime are added after ferment stops. Predominant notes are Lime with backnotes of the other fruit and gummies.

FAQs

  • Mead is a delicious fermentation of honey. Much like wine but made with honey instead of grapes. We take honey, yeast, water and mix it together. Then, we let science take over and wait until fermentation period is complete. Once fermentation is complete we flavor the batch perfectly for your taste buds.

  • Mead is not overly sweet but depending on the flavor some can be sweeter than others. Please note our scale, ranging from 1-5, this is based on our personal opinions.

  • Mead is much like wine but each bottle is a different alcohol %. We suggest drinking mead as a sipping alcohol and savor it. With a suction wine stopper, Mead will last a long time, so don't rush the pleasure. Please ensure you know your limits and drink responsibly.

  • We make all our mead in small batches in our sole location in Banner Elk, NC. While our shop is small, we have a kitchen area that we make all our meads in. Each bottle is hand filled, corked and labelled with love by us.
