A Cyser (i.e. Apple Wine) is much like a hard cider but better (in our opinion). We only use raw apple juice and honey blended together to give the finished product a higher ABV than hard cider, with a crisper apple note and a bit more sweetness.

Cyser is not overly sweet but is sweeter than a traditional hard cider. We think this is just the right sweetness and if you have never tried a Cyser you definitely should. We rate each flavor's sweetness on a scale from 1-5.

Cyser is the lowest alcohol percentage beverages we offer for sale. We still recommend sipping on them and utilizing a suction stopper for your bottles to extend their life once opened. Savor these Cysers and enjoy responsibly!

Our Cyser is made by our family in our small kitchen at our sole location in Banner Elk, NC. Each bottle is hand filled, corked and labelled with love by us.
